stayed for 2 nights at dunedin guest house in penzance and it was really nice. rooms are neat, warm and good size with lots of thoughtful extras like a fridge. breakfasts were great and made with quality ingredients. the location is super convenient, just a short walk to the prom and a bunch of good places to eat. love how friendly the hosts are, they really make you feel welcome.
only downside was that we had to walk a bit to find better dining options. also, some of the decorations felt a bit old-fashioned.

The warm hospitality truly stood out during our
Stay at Dunedin Guest House. Duncan and Sheleen went above and beyond, offering local recommendations that enriched our visit. The room was comfortable and clean, but the decor was slightly dated. a delightful experience with a fantastic breakfast each morning.

Noise from neighboring rooms can disrupt your downtime, thanks to the thin walls and wooden flooring. The en-suite bathrooms are a bit cramped, which might be inconvenient for those needing extra space. Room size was also a concern, with some feeling they were a bit snug for comfort during longer stays.

The room offered a secure and tidy environment, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. Daily clean towels and a made bed were appreciated, along with the host's local insights. The breakfast featured local organic products, adding a delightful touch. sounds from adjacent rooms were noticeable due to the wooden flooring, and the bathroom could benefit from more space.

we had a great time at the dunedin guest house. the location was perfect, just a few mins from the seafront and the town. breakfast was super tasty with lots of options, and the hosts, sheleen and duncan, were so friendly and helpful. our room was always cleaned, and it was really cozy with nice little extras like tea and cookies. definitely a warm and welcoming place to stay.
the only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from the other rooms. also, the bathroom could've been a bit more spacious.

My stay was wonderful! The breakfast was simple yet tasty and fueled my days of exploring. I had a comfy room with fresh towels every day, but the water pressure in the shower could be better. I'd absolutely return!
